\u6838\u7cd6\u6838\u82f7\u4e8c\u78f7\u9178\u8fd8\u539f\u9176\uff08ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase, EC1.17.4.1\uff09\u5c06NDP\u8fd8\u539f\u4e3adNDP\uff0c\u662fDNA\u5408\u6210\u548c\u4fee\u590d\u7684\u5173\u952e\u9176\uff0c\u5728\u8c03\u8282DNA\u5408\u6210\u7684\u603b\u901f\u7387\u4e2d\u8d77\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9176\u4e5f\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u673a\u5236\u50ac\u5316\u7684\u3002\u6839\u636e\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\u65b9\u5f0f\u5c06\u9176\u5206\u4e3a\u4e09\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7c7b\u9176\u4e5f\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u817a\u82f7\u94b4\u80fa\u4e2dC-Co\u952e\u7684\u5747\u88c2\u89e3\u4ea7\u751f5'-\u8131\u6c27\u817a\u82f7\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u8fdb\u884c\u50ac\u5316\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u9176\u4e3b\u8981\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u53e4\u7ec6\u83cc\u548c\u771f\u7ec6\u83cc[1]\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0f\u9f20\u4e2d\u4e5f\u6709\u62a5\u9053[2]\u3002\u4eba\u7c7b\u5c5e\u4e8e\u7b2c\u4e00\u7c7b\u9176\uff0c\u7531\u4e09\u4ef7\u94c1\u548c\u916a\u6c28\u9178\u4ea7\u751f\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7532\u57fa\u94b4\u80fa\u7d20\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7532\u57fa\u8f7d\u4f53\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u7532\u57fa\u56db\u6c22\u53f6\u9178\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u7532\u57fa\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u628a\u5b83\u8f6c\u79fb\u5230\u540c\u578b\u534a\u80f1\u6c28\u9178\u4e0a\uff0c\u751f\u6210\u7532\u786b\u6c28\u9178\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u7532\u786b\u6c28\u9178\u5faa\u73af\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u7f3a\u4e4f\u94b4\u80fa\u7d20\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u7532\u786b\u6c28\u9178\u5faa\u73af\u4e2d\u65ad\uff0c\u4e00\u78b3\u5355\u4f4d\u4f9b\u5e94\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002\u5728\u751f\u7269\u4f53\u4e2d\uff0c\u560c\u5464\u548c\u80f8\u817a\u5627\u5576\u7684\u5408\u6210\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u78b3\u5355\u4f4d\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u5408\u6210\u969c\u788d\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u6838\u9178\u7684\u5408\u6210\u3002\u8fd9\u5bf9\u5feb\u901f\u5206\u88c2\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u5f71\u54cd\u8f83\u5927\uff0c\u53ef\u5bfc\u81f4\u5de8\u7ea2\u7ec6\u80de\u8d2b\u8840\uff08\u7ea2\u7ec6\u80de\u5de8\u5927\u800c\u6781\u6613\u7834\u788e\uff09\u7b49\u75c7\u72b6\u3002\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\uff0c\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20B12\u5c31\u662f\u5728\u7814\u7a76\u6076\u6027\u8d2b\u8840\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n
