g\u690d\u7269\u753e\u9187\u7684\u9178\u5976\uff0c1\u5e74\u540e\u9ad8\u80c6\u56fa\u9187\u8840\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684LDL\u2011C\u6c34\u5e73\u6bd4\u5bf9\u7167\u7ec4\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86 0.36 mmol\/L\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.1.4 \u4e2d\u94fe\u7518\u6cb9\u4e09\u916f\uff08medium chain triglycerides\uff0cMCT\uff09<\/p>\n<p>     \u7814\u7a76\u663e\u793a\uff1a\u4e0e\u5bcc\u542b\u957f\u94fe\u9971\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u9178\uff08long chain saturated fatty acids\uff0cLCSFAs\uff09\u7684\u996e\u98df\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5bcc\u542bMCFAs \u6c34\u5e73\u6ca1\u6709\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u5efa\u8bae\u6bcf\u5929\u6444\u5165\u91cf 4~5 g MCT \u4ee3\u66ff\u90e8\u5206\u957f\u94fe\u7518\u6cb9\u4e09\u916f\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6539\u5584\u8840\u8102\u5f02\u5e38\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8840\u8102\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.2 \u7ef4\u751f\u7d20\u53ca\u77ff\u7269\u8d28<\/p>\n<p>       \u7814\u7a76\u663e\u793a\uff1a\u6bcf\u65e5\u8865\u5145 5 mg \u4e2d\u4f4d\u5242\u91cf\u7684\u53f6\u9178\uff0cTC \u964d\u4f4e 0.17 mmol\/L\uff0cHDL\u2011C \u63d0\u9ad8 0.04 mmol\/L\uff1b\u6bcf\u65e5\u8865\u5145 30 mg\u4e2d\u4f4d\u5242\u91cf\u7684\u950c\uff0cTG\u964d\u4f4e 0.28 mmol\/L\uff0cTC\u964d\u4f4e 0.34 mmol\/L\uff1b\u70df\u9178\u65e2\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u6e05\u7518\u6cb9\u4e09\u916f\uff0c\u53c8\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0HDL-C\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e\u4f4e\u5bc6\u5ea6\u8102\u86cb\u767d\u80c6\u56fa\u9187\uff08LDL-C\uff09\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u70df\u9178\u53ef\u5c06\u7518\u6cb9\u4e09\u916f\u6c34\u5e73\u964d\u4f4e\u7ea635%\uff1b\u800c\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20 C\u3001\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20 E\u3001\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20 D\u3001\u7852\u5bf9\u8840\u8102\u672a\u89c1\u663e\u8457\u6539\u5584\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u8fd8\u7f3a\u4e4f\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u5173\u4e8e\u591a\u79cd\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20\u53ca\u77ff\u7269\u8d28\u8865\u5145\u5242\u5bf9\u8840\u8102\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u7edf\u4e00\u8bc1\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.3
